Who can sign up?

SMSify currently supports registered companies in the United States and Canada. Eligibility and messaging readiness are verified during onboarding.

When can I choose a number?

After business verification and secure card setup, you can choose from eligible local inventory. Under the default approval-gated policy, saving a card and selecting a number do not start the subscription until service can activate.

Is there a free trial?

No. Under the default policy, the $29 monthly subscription begins when the verified service can activate—not merely when an account is created.

What is a communication unit?

One actual inbound or outbound SMS carrier segment uses one unit. Inbound MMS uses one, outbound MMS uses two, and each started connected forwarding minute uses one.

How do missed-call texts count?

They use the rendered SMS carrier segments. A long or Unicode message can render as multiple segments.

What happens after cancellation?

Cancellation stops renewal and paid access continues through the current period. Email support@smsify.app for legally required number-port requests or questions about purchased-value policy.

How do I contact support?

Email support@smsify.app for account, billing, cancellation, refund, or porting questions. Authorized administrators can also reach support from inside the product. Response expectations are described in the Support & SLA policy at smsify.app/legal/support-sla.
